U.S. oilseed processors crushed 208.8 million bushels of soybeans in February, up 17.4 percent year-over-year, according to the National Oilseed Processors Association on Monday. Volumes were also above the average trade guess that had predicted last month’s crush at 202.2 million bushels.

Soybean oil stocks at the end of the month totaled 2.08 billion pounds, up 38 percent year-over-year. Volumes were at a 13-year high for February.
